Renew an Existing License
Applicants for home inspector are required to complete education prior to applying for licensure. Please review the educational requirement prior to application.
Applicants for licensure as a home inspector must complete and pass a board-approved, pre-licensing training course that is administered by a board-approved provider in accordance with 831 KAR 2:040
All pre-licensing providers must have prior approval by the board. Any educator not listed on this site does not have such approval.
